1975 – Incorporated as Tofle America, Inc

Incorporated as Tofle America, Inc., a subsidiary of a Japanese manufacturer of flexible metal hose. 

1996 – Acquired by Mestek, Inc

1996 – TracPipe CSST

Released TracPipe and within a few years OmegaFlex became the dominant supplier of CSST in the industry

2004 – CounterStrike CSST

Launched CounterStrike and have been selling it in residential and commercial markets ever since. It is our flagship product and continues to lead the market today.

2005 – Nasdaq Stock Exchange

Mestek distributed its equity ownership to Mestek shareholders, and OmegaFlex’s shares started trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC under the symbol “OFLX”. 

2008 – DoubleTrac piping product

Released the DoubleTrac piping product for double containment designed to be the most durable for the transportation industry

2011 – From TracPipe to CounterStrike

Transition the TracPipe product entirely to CounterStrike as part of our commitment to innovation and safety 

2019 – MediTrac CMT

Launched MediTrac corrugated medical tubing for healthcare facilities

2025 – 50th Anniversary

Present

OmegaFlex is a global supplier of metal hose products with manufacturing facilities in Exton, Pennsylvania, Houston, Texas, and Banbury, England, serving customers worldwide. 

Omega Flex, Inc. (OmegaFlex) is proudly celebrating their 50 year anniversary as they have been in business since 1975 manufacturing flexible metal hose.

OmegaFlex started out manufacturing industrial metal hose and braid and grew as other product lines were introduced including TracPipe®, CounterStrike® CSST, DoubleTrac® piping, and MediTrac® corrugated metal tubing – all for various applications and all made in the USA. Currently, OmegaFlex has over 100 patents and looks forward to continuing to serve their customers performance requirements.
